There’s something special (and particularly delicious) about homemade pizza, but the thought of preparing dough from scratch seems like a chore.
Try this two-ingredient pizza dough.
What do You need? 1½ cups self-rising flour and 1 cup full-fat, plain Greek yogurt. Add pizza toppings of your choice, of course, like marinara sauce, cheese and vegetables.
How to make it? In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the dough-hook attachment, mix the flour with the Greek yogurt on low speed to combine. Then, remove the dough from the bowl, place on a well-floured surface and knead for about 8 minutes. If the dough seems too wet to the touch or sticks to your work surface, you can add flour in small amounts as needed.
What next? Roll the dough into a circle (about 12 inches in diameter), and place it on a round baking sheet. Brush the surface with olive oil and add the toppings. Place the baking sheet in a pre-heated oven, and bake at 450°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
At the End? Yes! Now eat to your pizza-loving heart’s content.
